This cake I just did last night for my final for my class. I was very pleased with the final outcome. I love all the techniques I am learning. My next class starts next week and it is all about fondant and tiered cakes. Then, I just have one more: Fondant and Gum Paste. I will be a little sad that I am done but these next two classes are the ones I am really excited about.

That cake is beautiful!! I love all those fancy flowers!! I once learned to make roses - and completely flopped at it. Your cakes are amazing.
