This cake has tiny white polka dot clusters all over it. The ribbon is Satin. I love these flowers! This picture makes it look like the top two tiers are about the same size but they aren't. This was a Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake with Vanilla buttercream and white fondant with royal icing dots. It's a 14"-9"-6". This is my new cake stand!!! YAY!

Thanks so much! I think I ended up getting it from Ya Ya Creations online. efavormart.com carries them and they're having a fantastic sale right now I just noticed.
